Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara, attended a party hosted by Vanessa Bryant this past week.

The wild photos that emerged from the bash caused quite the stir, but not all the headlines coming out of the big event were positive.

For whatever reason, Wilson and Ciara seemed to drew a lot of ire. Obviously this isn’t the first time. The pair has sparked controversy for everything ranging from their provocative vacation photos to their polarizing videos together to questions about their relationship.

But something about the most recent situation really rubbed folks the wrong way.

Specifically, online trolls seemed to get it in their heads that Wilson wished he was with Vanessa instead of Ciara.

To be clear, Ciara is not “fat.” She literally just had a baby. Moreover, as a recent social media post confirms – Ciara’s body looks great already.

But the trolls didn’t stop there:

Again, Wilson and Ciara are no strangers to being in the headlines. That pair blows up frequently for everything ranging from her intimate videos for her husband to her provocative outfits to her racy Halloween costumes.

The same goes for Vanessa. She has gone viral for everything ranging from her intimate photos with Rob Pelinka to her racy girls’ night photos with La La Anthony to her wild party pictures with Kim Kardashian.

That being said, something about this most recent incident feels particularly mean-spirited.

Fame looks fun from the outside, but as this most recent ugly incident involving Vanessa, Wilson and Ciara proves — it isn’t all sunshine and rainbows.
