Paige Spiranac’s Message To Patrick Mahomes, Brittany Matthews

Paige Spiranac’s Message To Patrick Mahomes, Brittany Matthews

The Kansas City Chiefs’ season came to an abrupt end this past weekend when they fell to the Cincinnati Bengals 27-24 in overtime.

One person who loved Patrick Mahomes and Co. losing?

Golf influencer Paige Spiranac.

Shortly after the game, Spiranac tweeted out this message aimed at Mahomes and his fiancée Brittany Matthews:

Ouch.

Spiranac’s reference there alludes to the general annoyance society at large has developed for Matthews and the younger Mahomes brother. The latter has been in hot water for disrespecting Sean Taylor’s memorial and attacking fans. The former has sparked controversy for her old Tom Brady messages and her past racial tweets, among other things.

It even got to the point where it seemed like the elder Mahomes sibling was visibly irritated over the negative backlash he was getting as a result of the people around him. This icy exchange speaks for itself.

It’s not surprising that Spiranac opted to call the Mahomes crew out in this fashion. She has really had her finger on the pulse of the larger cultural zeitgeist lately.

Spiranac’s hot take on Brady’s retirement immediately went viral this week, as did her opinion last week on Barry Bonds’ exclusion from baseball’s Hall of Fame.

At this point, it’s safe to say that Spiranac is a legit sports analyst – not merely an unknown golf influencer.

All that being said, this most recent general sports twist is new. Before all this, she was predominantly in the news for things like her racy photosimmodest Halloween attires or controversial essay on men staring at her boobs.

Plus, just her standard Instagram posts always do big numbers:

For better or worse, Spiranac the sports analyst is here to stay.

Because of the reactions her takes get, she is going to keep giving them.

And if her last few are any indication, she doesn’t plan on biting her tongue – even if it ruffles some feathers along the way.
