Sonya Curry Joining Bravo’s Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Amid Divorce?

Sonya Curry Joining Bravo’s Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Amid Divorce?

The ongoing divorce proceedings between Sonya and Dell Curry may have shocked the sports world to its core, but it hasn’t stopped all parties involved from attempting to capitalize on the attention.

In the case of Dell, he is seemingly utilizing all the eyeballs on this mess in an effort to at least partially shape the narrative of what led to the separation.

After all, he has made some pretty serious allegations against his soon-to-be ex-wife.

In the case of Sonya – she seems to be on the verge of turning some of the newfound attention that has been directed her way into a very lucrative TV deal.

According to MTO News, Sonya is reportedly inching closer to a deal that would land her on the popular show Bravo show, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“The Bravo executive explained, ‘Sonya has wanted to be a reality star for years. She and Dell pitched a couple of shows to [Bravo].’ … Bravo passed on all the shows that Sonya pitched to the NBC Universal owned network. The executive continued, ‘Their ideas were boring, and [Sonya’s now ex-husband] Dell didn’t want any excitement or drama in the show.’”

But with all the recent drama, Sonya isn’t boring anymore.

“We’re working on getting her on the Beverly Hills [Housewives],” the insider added. “Nothings signed yet, but I think she’ll be a part of next season’s cast.”

Meanwhile, while the business end of the divorce proceedings is moving along quickly, the personal end is getting very ugly. Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha have reportedly taken sides – and the full fallout from that remains to be seen.

Stephen also sent a very emotional message to his younger brother, Seth, on Monday in light of everything that has happened. Clearly he is trying to be a rock for his family and ensure that the Curry name remains strong.

How will Sonya’s allegedly looming reality TV career impact things? Time will tell.
