Kawhi Leonard’s Reaction To Patrick Beverley’s Trash Talk
Kawhi Leonard’s Reaction To Patrick Beverley’s Trash Talk
Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers easily defeated Patrick Beverley’s Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday night.
Beverley and his teammates did everything imaginable to stay in the game. LeBron James even put up 46 points in the losing effort.
But in the end, it was all for naught – the Clippers prevailed.
One particularly humorous incident from the game — aside from James trying to fight a fan — occurred when Beverley tried to trash talk the generally-unflappable Leonard.
Patrick Beverley fouled Kawhi Leonard and Pat Bev was going at him for what Pat thought was a flop.

NBA fans loved it.
The reactions to this incredible moment between former teammates went mega-viral.
This is how you have to treat @patbev21 like a pesky little brother who is always doing something to try & irritate you. The best way to respond is to ignore the little pest & sooner or later they just turn their attention to something else https://t.co/HWRxpqr1Sq

While this was obviously a great exchange, it is worth remembering that Leonard and Beverley have a fantastic relationship.
Beverley has spoken glowingly about Leonard on multiple occasions.

Things obviously occur in the heat of competition, but it isn’t a reflection of the bond these two share.
Will Leonard and Beverley ever get another opportunity to team up at some point before both men end up retiring? Time will tell.
