Ayesha Curry Gets Honest About Stephen Curry Open Marriage Rumors

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is one of the greatest players in NBA history. Because he is still an active player, and due in large part to his impact on the pop culture zeitgeist, his personal life has come under extreme scrutiny in recent years.

Specifically as it pertains to his marriage with his wife, Ayesha Curry.

Ayesha is a very big personality in her own right, which also invites a lot of eyes and intrigue regarding how she and Steph make their union work.

A few weeks back, chatter emerged regarding Ayesha and Steph having something of an unconventional marital agreement, a.k.a. an open marriage.

This week, Ayesha aimed to answer all the questions once and for all.

“Don’t believe everything you read,” Ayesha wrote online to someone who brought up the open marriage chatter. “Do you know how ridiculous that is? Don’t disrespect my marriage like that. Please and thank you.”

Ayesha generally loves the spotlight. Whether she is posing for racy photos or showing off her breast implants, she has a tendency to seek out attention in one way or another.

But obviously it’s a little different when you’re doing it on your own terms.

This open marriage stuff is not that – hence the newfound defensiveness. The way Steph’s parents’ marriage fell apart over pretty egregious cheating also clearly doesn’t help matters any.

By all accounts, Ayesha and Stephen are very happy together. And given the amount of eyeballs on them at all times, if that ever changes – they won’t be able to keep it a secret for long.
