Jason Garrett Getting Surprising New Job
Jason Garrett is getting a surprising new job soon.
That job?
Offensive coordinator for pretty much any team he wants with a vacancy at the position.
Garrett spent the better part of the last decade serving as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.
Following a disappointing 8-8 campaign in 2019, he and team owner Jerry Jones ultimately agreed to go their separate ways.
While Garrett has been wrecked in the media in recent years, he is still a tremendously respected offensive mind in the NFL.

As such, many expect he will have little to no trouble finding his next gig.
Garrett was also rumored to be considered for the New York Giants’ head coaching vacancy before it ultimately went to New England Patriots special teams coach Joe Judge.
In his time as head coach Garrett went 85-67, which is nothing to scoff at.
It remains to be seen whether he will ultimately work in the NFL again this year or take one year off before returning an offensive coordinator somewhere.

Any OC position he wants? Are you his agent too? Garrett will be lucky to get an OC job in the NFL this season. He could definitely get a head coaching job in CFB though. He’d probably be better with kids anyway with his pointless clapping. College players often need a lot of emotional support. Garrett is best at trying to spin everything into a positive. Of course, if any of his college players ever went to the NFL, they’d realize quickly that life ain’t about positive spins.
I could be wrong. Maybe even CFB university administrators realize Garrett is a joke.
