The winner of LSU vs Clemson is obvious, says Fox Sports.

In the lead-up to Monday’s big title game, most experts are putting their money where their mouth is.

It is officially final predictions time, and one Fox Sports host has a doozy of one.

According to Fox Sports college football analyst Joel Klatt, LSU will obviously come out victorious over Clemson.

While previewing the National Championship Game with Urban Meyer, Matt Leinart and Bruce Feldman, Klatt suggested that LSU would win the outing by double figures.

“It is gonna be an LSU home game, and LSU are gonna win because they’ve got the better team,” he said.

“This is gonna be a big one: 42-31. LSU wins it. They win the national title because as Ed O says, ‘We comin.’”

That is certainly a bold prognostication.

Many previewing the title game expect it to be fairly close.

Even the odds makers had the line at three points until bettors overwhelmingly started putting money down on LSU, pushing it to six points.

LSU has looked great all year long and dominated Oklahoma in the Peach Bowl, but Clemson is the defending champ. The latter team boasts the best defense in the nation, whereas the former has the best offense.

Will Klatt’s prediction ultimately pan out for him? We’re just a few hours away from finding out.
