Seth Rollins Tears Rey Mysterio’s Eye Out (Video)
Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio Jr. participated in an “Eye for an Eye” match at WWE’s Extreme Rules on Sunday. The battle took place at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
The event kicked off with Rollins bringing a pair of pliers with him to the ring. He was immediately met by Mysterio, who took him out from behind.
Rollins and Mysterio engaged in a battle that saw each man utilize a box of tools that were left under the ring. Momentum swung in both directions over the course of the pair’s fight, with Mysterio seemingly getting the upper hand at the end.
Mysterio shoved Rollins’ eye into the ring steps, which theoretically should have been enough to seal it for him. Unfortunately, it wasn’t.
At that point, Rollins took control and threw Mysterio eye first – leading to him crying out in pain and the match eventually being called off.
At one point, an eye could be seen under Mysterio’s hand.
Rollins ultimately threw up when he got a clear look at his work.
