Video Proves Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul Was Rigged?
Sunday’s showdown between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Logan Paul was a massive success for all parties involved from a financial standpoint.
From an entertainment perspective, however, it was severely lacking.
Fans tuned in hoping to see someone get knocked out. Either Mayweather by a random Youtuber or Paul by the greatest boxer of all time.
The rules, which removed the judging aspect entirely and only permitted a win by knockout, seemingly encouraged a finish.
And yet when the eight rounds were done – both men were left standing triumphantly.
Fans at home were incensed. They immediately took to social media and suggested the bout was rigged.
On Monday, a video began to circulate online that may lend some credence to that theory.

So was it rigged? That’s for each individual fan to decide on their own.

When Ben Askren was accused of rigging the Jake Paul fight, he came out with a surprising public statement after the fact.
It will be interesting to see if something similar happens here.
So what’s next as far as pseudo celebrity boxing goes?
Well, Logan’s brother, Jake, has a big showdown against former UFC champ Tyron Woodley coming up. And when he isn’t exposing the DMs of random people’s girlfriends, Jake is actually a pretty fun fighter.

Logan, meanwhile, is clearly angling for another shot at Mayweather. Whether he will ultimately get one remains to be seen.
And don’t dismiss the ghost of Conor McGregor, which continues to hang over Logan, Jake and Mayweather.
One way or another, this promises to be an entertaining next few months in the sport of boxing.
