NFL Reporter Annie Agar Apologizes For Controversial Tweets
NFL reporter Annie Agar found herself embroiled in controversy this week after a series of her old tweets went viral.
Agar, who boasts nearly 300,000 followers on Twitter, currently works as an NFL/college football nation-wide correspondent and host at Bally Sports.
While it can be debated how truly controversial her offending tweets are, she still came out and apologized for them on Sunday.

Here’s the thing. She wasn’t joking. Some of these ppl using racial slurs as teens and getting cancelled were being goofy w/ friends. This person spouted off multiple times flat out angry racist stuff. I made jokes as a teen too, but not w/ hateful intent like this lady.

Agar is certainly not the first football reporter to spark controversy in recent months.
Not long ago, an SEC broadcaster got dragged online because her outfit was deemed too revealing.
After that, one of ESPN’s SportsCenter hosts landed in hot water over what she said during a podcast.
