Russell Wilson’s Ex Ashton Meem Goes Viral Amid Ciara Gossip
Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson has spent the last decade establishing himself as one of the best quarterbacks of his generation.
Off the field, Wilson has been similarly successful – marrying world-renowned singer Ciara and building a beautiful family with her.
Unfortunately, it hasn’t been an entirely drama-free run for him to get to this point.
This week, ahead of the 2022 NFL Draft, Wilson’s ex-wife Ashton Meem went viral. The context largely speaks for itself:

Wilson and Meem initially met when they were in high school. They wed in 2012, but got divorced just two years later in 2014.
Wilson and Ciara subsequently got together in 2015, vowing to be celibate until they got married – which they did in 2016.
All in all, it’s not hard to see why people are enthralled with that draft photo. There is very much a slow-moving car crash dynamic with Meem’s exuberance and the overall vibe there.
Interestingly enough, Wilson’s position as a man and husband has come under increased scrutiny over the past year.
Former NFL player Channing Crowder went on a podcast not long ago and called Wilson a “square,” suggesting Ciara was only with him for financial benefits. That led to a strong reaction from Seattle Seahawks wide receiver D.K. Metcalf.
Since then, fans have offered a lot of evidence suggesting that Wilson and Ciara are actually a great couple, with a healthy sex life and lots of love shared.

By all accounts, Wilson seems like he is a truly great husband – and Ciara is the beneficiary of that.
Sadly, the same could not be said for Meem.
