The Cincinnati Bengals notched their first win of the season this weekend when they defeated the New York Jets.
After making the Super Bowl last year, Joe Burrow and Co. came into this campaign with lofty expectations. Unfortunately, two consecutive losses to open things off tempered the enthusiasm to some degree.
Finally, on Sunday, the Bengals earned win number one.
And one person who was on hand to witness it was Burrow’s girlfriend, Olivia Holzmacher. She documented the whole thing on social media for her fans:

This actually isn’t the first time in recent weeks that Holzmacher has blown up online in this fashion. She also made quite the impression at the Bengals’ game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and for fostering the legend of Burrow being a god in the sack.
Plus, there is also just her standard Instagram content, which never fails to disappoint:

Big picture, it will be interesting to see where the Bengals go from here. Their next two games are against the Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens – two legitimately formidable squads.
From there things get a little easier with the New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, Carolina Panthers, Steelers and Tennessee Titans before a game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

In theory, there is a scenario where Cincinnati could be 7-4 heading into that Chiefs game even if they lose their next two outings. That will likely still keep them behind the Ravens in the division, but in the AFC North – anything is possible.
Burrow came into 2022-23 with a ton of hype. To date, he hasn’t delivered on it.
Will he and Holzmacher be able to reclaim their positions as Mr. and Mrs. Next Big Thing in the NFL before the season comes to an end?
Time will tell.
