NFL Fans Criticize Sam Ponder’s Appearance On ESPN Countdown Show

NFL fans took aim at Sam Ponder early Saturday morning ahead of the opening round of the playoffs.

Ponder, one of the most respected broadcasters in sports, spearheads ESPN’s football coverage. She also routinely goes viral online for everything ranging from her ‘scandalous’ fashion choices to wild beach day pictures.

As such, she was on hand this weekend ahead of Saturday’s afternoon game between the Houston Texans and Cleveland Browns, as well as the evening game between the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs.

Unfortunately, for whatever reason, Ponder’s appearance seemed to rub some NFL fans the wrong way:

Given that just a few days ago Mina Kimes came under fire for her appearance in a recent photo, it probably shouldn’t come as a huge surprise that another ESPN female employee is being subjected to the same treatment.

Plus, Ponder is no stranger to being at the center of headlines. Between her provocative outfit choices and crying over Deshaun Watson, she is always trending for something or other.

More often than not, though — even her naysayers eventually come around on her.

Will Ponder be able to win over some of her haters before this exciting NFL weekend comes to a close? Time will tell.
