Masters Fan Who Went Viral Amid Jon Rahm Win Identified (Photos)
A Masters fan caused something of a stir this weekend amid Jon Rahm’s impressive showing at August National.
Rahm, 28, capitalized on a massive choke job by early leader Brooks Koepka Sunday to firmly cement himself as arguably the best player in the world today.
In the end, he embarked on a 30-hole marathon finish that began with him down by 4 and concluded with him winning by by four shots over Koepka and Phil Mickelson.
Rahm wasn’t the Masters’ only big star, though. A fan went viral during the event as well on the 16th hole.
It didn’t take her long to be identified. Aaliyah Kikumoto is a dancer at Texas Tech and a brand new internet celebrity. She boasts nearly 7,000 followers across social media and routinely sees her posts earn incredible engagement.

In a weekend where Koepka’s wife, Jena Sims, made headlines for her wild photos and Dustin Johnson’s wife Paulina Gretzky generated buzz for her provocative pictures, Aaliyah may walk away as a bigger star than both.
All in all, this year’s Masters had everything. The drama of watching Koepka fall apart. Mickelson being persona non grata among a bunch of people, only to turn in a characteristically strong showing on the golf course when it mattered most.
And of course Rahm, who finished at 12-under 276 and reminded everyone why he has such a diehard fan base.

Mix all of that together with a new viral star being born in Aaliyah, and it’s safe to say that the 2023 Masters were a huge win.
Will Rahm be able to repeat in 2024? Will a new viral star emerge at next year’s Masters? Time will tell.
