The Brooklyn Nets were eliminated from the NBA playoffs on Monday night. Not only did the one-time favorites to claim this year’s championship lose, but they got swept.
No other group in this year’s playoffs has gotten swept so far.
One big reason for Brooklyn’s struggles was the poor play they received from star Kevin Durant. As the Nets’ best player, he was expected to shoulder a major load in the postseason. For whatever reason, though – he just couldn’t do it.
Unfortunately, Durant’s rough week isn’t limited to on-the-court happenings.

Obviously this is only a topic of conversation because Durant himself has been linked to troll-ish internet behavior on so many occasions.
Be it his weird beefs with Hollywood personalities or the low-key social media shots at his former teammates or his weird creeping on hot blondes who are still in college, Durant is very online.

The man is a millionaire superstar athlete, but he absolutely loves to get into the weeds with randoms on the web.
Obviously there is no proof that this account is in fact Durant. Maybe it’s someone else.
But if it did end up being the Nets star – the whole thing would be very on brand.
