Paige Spiranac Reveals 1 Thing She Refuses To Talk About
Golf influencer Paige Spiranac has established herself as one of the preeminent names in sports media over the past couple of years.
Although she originally started out focusing on one sport, Spiranac now offers thoughts on NFL, MLB and NBA-related happenings as well.
In fact, Spiranac often ventures out beyond sports altogether – including giving some fairly blunt thoughts on Will Smith slapping Chris Rock.
That said, there is still one topic Spiranac shies away from talking about.
Her dating life.
“I think a lot of people think I don’t talk about it because of my business, and if I say that I’m with someone or I’m married, then I’ll lose male followers, and that’s actually not the case,” Spiranac said recently on her podcast.
“I am so open and honest about everything in my life, as you guys can tell from the podcast, that I want something to myself, and having a public relationship is very difficult, and as soon as you make it public, you’re giving everyone the right to ask questions and you have to then answer them.”
As far as Spiranac is concerned, once you start involving the public in your romantic entanglements, it’s hard to then remove that attention from the equation.
“If I do post about it, and I end up breaking up with that person, I then have to talk about the break-up cause I owe that to everyone because I made my relationship public,” Spiranac said.
“Also, it’s just people tend to get involved, and I don’t like that. When a big milestone has happened in my life, it’s always turned into something that is not joyous anymore because people comment on it and they turn it into something that’s it not, and so I just want to leave my relationship and my family and things that are really, really, really important to me out of it.”
Spiranac’s position is understandable. The one time she did let people know about her personal life, with her one-time husband, it became a really ugly scene when the pair divorced. So of course she would be guarded.
Plus, she was the victim of a pretty brutal photo leak. Which doesn’t exactly inspire one to have trust in others.
Big picture, though – Spiranac is thriving. She boasts more than 3.3 million followers on Instagram and routinely goes viral for everything from her shirtless posts to her provocative videos to her stunning photos.

Given how open Spiranac is with most of her life, one can’t blame her for being guarded about certain aspects of it.
