A prominent WNBA star showed up to practice this past week looking exactly like Jackson Mahomes, the younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs legend Patrick Mahomes.
Brittney Griner, who currently plays for the Phoenix Mercury, made headlines two years ago when she was jailed in Russia. At one point, she faced 10 years in prison.
A lengthy legal battle ensued to return her to the U.S. Eventually, everything worked out.
This past week marked the one year anniversary of Griner’s release:

Big picture, Jackson has obviously been in the news for things like his icy exchange with Patrick, getting busted putting stuff up his nose and Taylor Swift being visibly disgusted by his very presence.
