Nikola Jokic found himself trending this week, and not for anything related to basketball.
Despite getting off to a somewhat slow start to the 2024-25 NBA season, the Denver Nuggets have quietly found their footing. Through eight games, they are now 5-3.
So far this year Jokic’s numbers are actually slightly better than they were during the 2023-24 NBA season.
This week, Jokic found himself in the headlines for something of an interesting reason – some wild party photos that emerged of him.

Fun party times notwithstanding, it will be interesting to see what sort of campaign Jokic ultimately puts together.
After they won a championship, a lot of people thought the Nuggets were a dynasty in the making.
Then they stumbled last year.
