Anthony Edwards’ ex-girlfriend took to social media this week to share a number of troubling DMs from the Minnesota Timberwolves star.
The young woman in question is a model who boasts a fairly substantial audience on social media. That helped amplify this situation quite a bit.
According to her, she had relations with Edwards that led to her getting pregnant.
From there, however, this went awry.
The messages largely speak for themselves:
Understandably, folks on social media had a lot to say about this particular matter:

No matter whose side your on here, it is a deeply messy scandal with no winners.

And given that Edwards has quietly emerged as one of the NBA’s biggest stars over the past couple of years, this is a bad look for all parties involved.
Will Edwards ultimately come out and address this matter in any capacity this week? Time will tell.
