Taylor Swift’s blonde friend from Sunday’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots has been identified.

Coming into this outing, nobody expected Bill Belichick’s team to put forth a competitive effort against Kansas City. The latter squad is comprised of players that have multiple Super Bowls together; the former is arguably the league’s worst team.

That said, everyone was excited to see Swift.

Midway through the game, eagle-eyed fans at home couldn’t help but notice that Swift brought a blonde friend with her:

It didn’t take long for the young woman in question to be identified as Ashley Avignone.

Avignone is a designer and fashionista from Nashville, Tennessee, and boasts a sizeable online following:

In a week where Swift’s friendship with Brittany Mahomes may have ended over some shady behavior, it is nice to see that she brought some friends of her own to the Chiefs game.

It was similarly good to see Travis Kelce and Co. pull out a win in this game, especially given how last week went for them.

A few losses in a row and, inevitably, people would start wondering whether Swift was a jinx.

As things presently stand, the Chiefs are 9-5 on the year and remain firmly in control of the AFC West. For a few weeks it looked like the Denver Broncos might make things competitive, but clearly that is no longer the case.

One way or another, Kansas City will be in the playoffs this year. And if history has taught us anything, it is that when this group gets to the postseason, they have a better shot than most at winning the whole thing.

Will Swift get to experience her first-ever Super Bowl in 2024 when the Chiefs vie for a second straight championship? Time will tell.
