Dejounte Murray Knocks Up NBA YoungBoy’s Baby Mama After Threats

Atlanta Hawks star Dejounte Murray found himself in the headlines late last year over something of a surprising beef.

One of the most notorious rappers in the game, NBA YoungBoy’s, took issue with Murray for the way he allegedly treated his son.

Murray had been dating NBA YoungBoy’s baby mama, Jania Meshell, for a while – and apparently tensions reached a boiling point.

So how did all parties involved react to the threats and whatnot? Murray and Meshell appear to have ignored them entirely.

This past week, Meshell announced that she and Murray were expecting a child together.

This marks Meshell’s second child, with the first obviously coming with NBA YoungBoy.

It will interesting to see how NBA YoungBoy responds to all this given the issues he and Murray previously had.

As for Murray, he appears to be unbothered by the drama. His focus is on the Hawks, who are struggling to live up to the lofty expectations folks had for them at the beginning of the season.

So far Atlanta is 23-22 and sits eighth in the East. The fact that they are at this mark despite winning four in a row and six out of their last 10 should paint a clear picture on the issues this team has experienced.

The Hawks have been so bad thus far, in fact, that rumors have started floating around about Trae Young getting traded. If that ends up materializing, there are four teams out there interested in his services.

Obviously the hope is that it won’t come to that, though.

Murray came to Atlanta with the express desire of competing for a title.

With his personal life obviously experiencing some ebbs and flows in recent months, he could really use some consistency in his professional endeavors.

Will Murray be able to get the Hawks back on track in time for the birth of his new baby? Time will tell.
