Earlier this week Lamar Jackson admitted that his past playoff performances left a lot to be desired. In an effort to remedy that, he put the Baltimore Ravens on his back and single-handedly carried them to a much-needed score on Sunday.
With just under three minutes remaining in the second quarter and his team down 10-3 to the Tennessee Titans, Jackson smoothly escaped pressure in the pocket and then took off for what would ultimately be a 48-yard touchdown.

Given the fact that the refs had already proven themselves incompetent earlier in the game, Jackson’s decision to take matters into his own hands (and feet) was exactly what Baltimore needed.
After getting into the end zone, Jackson was caught on a hot mic letting all his emotions out.

“What the f- -k ya’ll talking about,” he could be heard saying.
Obviously Jackson faced a lot of criticism in the lead-up to Sunday’s outing, but it wasn’t exactly unwarranted.
If he truly wants to silence the haters, all he has to do is win when it matters most.
