Watch: Michigan Taunts Wisconsin With Trick Play (Video)
Saturday morning’s showdown between No. 14 ranked Michigan and Wisconsin seemed destined to be a low-scoring affair.
The Badgers, obviously, are deeply limited offensively. Meanwhile, the Wolverines have definitely had some big showings so far this year, but none came against defenses comparable to Wisconsin’s.
Given everyone’s expectations, you can imagine the surprise when Michigan opted to pull out a little razzle-dazzle in the first quarter of Saturday’s affair.
With roughly four minutes left on the clock, Jim Harbaugh’s squad busted out the flea flicker when quarterback Cade McNamara threw a very pretty pass to Cornelius Johnson for a 34-yard touchdown.

It’s hard to see Michigan’s tricky play as anything other than a direct taunt. Not only is Wisconsin totally inept offensively this year, they also lack the creativity to even attempt something like this.
In a week where college football headlines have been dominated by racism accusations, bullying claims and tragedy – it’s nice to see a program make headlines for something that’s actually happening on the field.
