LeBron James Reacts To Colorado’s Travis Hunter’s Sad Health Update

LeBron James reacted to Colorado star Travis Hunter’s sad health update following Saturday night’s Colorado State game.

Coming into the weekend, one of the most highly-anticipated outings on the college football books pitted Deion Sanders’ Buffaloes against a feisty Colorado State squad. Because of all the words exchanged in the lead-up, everyone know this game had the potential to get chippy.

That proved to be bad news for one of the most exciting and electrifying players in the country in Hunter.

In the first quarter of action against Colorado State, he fell victim to a brutal dirty hit at the hands of a Rams player.

Hunter left the outing and did not return.

After the game Sanders spoke to the media and offered something of a sad health update as it pertains to Hunter. Early indications are that the one-time Heisman candidate will be out multiple weeks as a result of the dirty hit.

One person who quickly took to social media to respond was James. He sent out this message to Hunter:

James offering his condolences isn’t surprising. He is a huge college football enthusiast, as evidenced by the gifts he has given Ohio State players over the years and his friendly rivalries with other celebs regarding the matter.

The entire James family loves college football, in fact. Who could forget last week’s viral image of Bronny at a USC game surrounded by girls? With the Trojans set to take on Colorado on Sept. 30, the James family will get up close and personal with Sanders and Co. soon enough.

Any way you want to look at it, Hunter being out for a prolonged period of time is a really sad turn of events.

Colorado has been the hottest college football show in town so far. Between Sanders’ handsy video with Molly Qerim and that cheerleader whose racy private photos leaked out, the Buffaloes have been in the news cycle nonstop.

Hopefully Hunter can return to action relatively quickly to keep the Colorado hype going, because college football is definitely better off when the Buffaloes are relevant.
