This weekend’s looming showdown between the Crimson Tide and Tigers is regarded as the most highly-anticipated game of the year.
On paper, it has everything. Two remarkable young quarterbacks. Two excellent coaches. SEC supremacy on the line.
And best of all, the two teams are so evenly matched that picking who is better between them is almost impossible.
Well, scratch that – it is impossible for some people.
Not Cowherd, though. According to him, the winner of Saturday’s battle is obvious.

“Alabama is going to win it, and they’re going to win it decisively,” he said.
“Because this series is about Nick Saban … he’s 10-and-3 in this series when he’s coaching Bama … He’s gonna roll on Saturday.”
Cowherd did not stop there, though.
“This is not LSU-Bama. This is Nick Saban’s series,” he continued.
“He owns it. He’s defined it. There is no rivalry. Take his side. I trust Bama and their defense and their coaching way more than LSU. I’ll take Bama big.”
Is Cowherd right about Saban’s group winning decisively? We’ll know for certain come this weekend.
