Jayson Tatum came up short in his quest to deliver a title to the Boston Celtics this year. In the NBA Finals, especially, he really struggled badly.
That said, by any objective measure, 2022 was a good year for Tatum.
Making the Finals at age 24 is no small feat. And a cursory glance at the Celtics’ roster heading into next year suggests that the ceiling for this squad is even higher.
Tatum hasn’t just been thriving on the court, though. He is doing quite well for himself off it as well.

Tatum was actually linked to a model as recently as last month, so it’s interesting to see these new photos emerge. The heart wants what the heart wants, though.
All in all, Tatum objectively did a lot for the Celtics this past season. Photos of what he looked like the last time Boston was in the Finals paint a telling picture regarding how long it has been.

Now he needs to take that next step in 2022-23.
Will next season be the one where Tatum wins his first ever career NBA title?
