Brittany Mahomes is the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and widely regarded as the First Lady of the NFL.
Once upon a time Tom Brady’s ex-wife Gisele Bundchen held that crown, but obviously that is no longer the case.
Between the Chiefs’ dominance and her penchant for generating headlines, Brittany has little trouble going viral on a regular basis. And the trend continued this past week.
In a series of photos, Brittany shared some outtakes of her day with Patrick and her daughter at a tennis match. Some NFL fans couldn’t help but notice that she looked a little different in them.
“Did She get a nose job or something different to her looks she doesn’t look the same,” one person wrote, only to have another reply, “lips.”
The suggestion, obviously, is that Brittany is looking different nowadays because of an alteration to her mouth. Although that hasn’t been proven, a lot of fans seem to believe it to be the case.
“Why do women want duck lips?” another person openly pondered.
“Why mess with your lips?” a third person asked.
That said, not everybody seemed to have an issue with Brittany’s new look.
“Brittany is absolutely beautiful,” someone shot back.
“Stop, she looks amazing,” someone agreed.
If it feels like Brittany has been in the news cycle nonstop as of late, it’s because she definitely has been. Between those pictures of her partying with her girls, the memorable workout photos featuring her and Kayla Nicole, and all that now-infamous party bus content, it has been one thing after another.
There a lot of other popular partners in the NFL. Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields’ girl caused something of a stir this week. Ditto with Baker Mayfield’s wife and her provocative workout photos.

But none seem to captivate the larger football-watching world the way Brittany does. Love her or hate her – she is the most polarizing wife in sports.
What will Brittany and Patrick ultimately go viral for next as the Chiefs’ offseason progresses? Time will tell.
