Dustin Johnson and his fiancée Paulina Gretzky have been celebrating like a couple of mad men over the past week.
Johnson, 36, won the 2020 Masters at Augusta National in remarkable fashion last Sunday. Although he got off to a slow start, he roared back when it mattered most to finish with the lowest score in the tournament’s celebrated history.
In eventually tapping in for par on the 18th for a 4-under 68 to finish at 20-under 268, Johnson shattered by two shots the record set by Tiger Woods in 1997 and matched by Jordan Spieth in 2015.
Immediately after his big victory, Johnson went on a celebratory tour with his special lady. This week, videos and photos emerged on social media of the pair going all out.
The highlight of all those videos and photos?

Johnson and Paulina first met back in 2009 when the golfer came over for a family dinner after being paired with Paulina’s mother Janet in a pro-am. Sparks didn’t fly right off the bat, though. The two did not go on their first date until 2012.
After that – it was all history.

Despite some bumps along the way, Paulina and Johnson stuck it out and ultimately welcomed two children, Tatum in 2015 and River in 2017.
Their love was on full display last Sunday, when Johnson celebrated his big Masters victory.

“It’s a dream come true. As a kid you always dreamed about becoming a Masters champion,” Johnson said of his Masters win last weekend while fighting back tears.
“It’s just incredible, obviously, as you can tell.”

Johnson has quietly put together a very impressive run as of late. If he continues down this road, he could go down as arguably the best golfer of this generation.
