Ex-UFC star Pearl Gonzalez’s provocative kitchen video caused something of a stir this week.
By any objective measure, Gonzalez is one of the most recognizable women in all of mixed martial arts.
A mainstay in the general MMA scene since 2009, where Gonzalez really made a name for herself was during a one-year period in 2017 where Dana White invited her to partake in two UFC bouts.
In April of that year she faced off against then-promising rising star Cynthia Calvillo. She ultimately lost to her via a submission. Then Gonzalez took on Poliana Botelho, to whom she fell by unanimous decision.
Since then Gonzalez has competed in various Invicta MMA and Bare Knuckle Boxing matches. What she has done in addition to that, though, is build up a massive social media following for herself.
Any time she posts anything nowadays, it goes viral. And this week’s no pants video in her kitchen proven to be no exception.

Obviously this isn’t the first time in recent weeks that Gonzalez has blown up online. Between her racy airport outfit, wild boat party video and provocative hospital photos, it has been one thing after another for her.
Because of the loyal following that Gonzalez possesses, going viral is actually quite easy for her. Her most recent social media videos are evidence enough of that.

Big picture, a lot of MMA fighters hope to establish the sort of brands that can continue to get them paid when they stop fighting.
Gonzalez has done that more successfully than a lot of UFC fighters.
