Tyson Fury Says He’ll Cheat Again Against Deontay Wilder (Video)

The second bout between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder was an absolute domination.

Whereas both Fury and Wilder both had their moments in their first match, the follow-up was an extremely one-sided affair.

The one notion Wilder fans could take in solace in after the fact was the idea that Fury somehow cheated. You will recall, this video of “Fury using loaded gloves” went superviral.

On Monday, Fury addressed the cheating allegations from the second fight head on.

“You know what? I’m going to cheat again because I’m going to smash his face in,” Fury told Ariel Helwani on the MMA Hour.

“According to him, that’s cheating because he’s not supposed to lose. Unfortunately, I’m going to cheat again. I’m going to kick his ass, sea bass.

“I had horseshoes in there. You know I’m a gypsy, don’t you? You ever watch ‘Peaky Blinders’? I loaded the gloves with horseshoes and dynamite. This time I’m going to do exactly the same. Put a bit more metal in there.”

As far as Fury is concerned, the allegations say more about Wilder than they do about him.

“It does say a lot,” Fury added. “We’ve boxed 19 rounds and he’s practically won two rounds out of 19. I’m not really too bothered about it but you’ve got to respect everyone that gets in the ring with a pair of boxing gloves on or any fight, whether it’s MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing whatever — every man’s trained and coming to win.”

Fury was extremely open throughout the entire interview. The only topic he wouldn’t touch was the troubling leaked video that circulated a couple of weeks ago starring his younger brother, Tommy. That he didn’t talk about.

This weekend’s showdown between Fury and Wilder will make or break their pair’s rivalry. If the latter emerges victorious, a fourth fight will be inevitable. If Fury dominates yet again – that’ll close the book on this ordeal once and for all.
