Shohei Ohtani’s Girlfriend Trends Amid Dodgers, Cubs Rumors

Shohei Ohtani’s girlfriend became a popular topic of conversation this week amid his ongoing flirtation with the likes of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs.

As things presently stand, Ohtani is currently the hottest commodity in Major League Baseball (MLB) at the moment. Multiple teams are making desperate bids for his services, but the process is moving at a rapid rate.

According to insider Gabriel Morency, the Cubs presented Ohtani with an offer but the expectation is that he will not accept it.

Rather, it seems as though he is now in the process of choosing between the Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays.

While Ohtani works to get his professional life sorted, many have started wondering more and more about his personal life.

Specifically, Ohtani’s girlfriend has become a trending topic in recent days.

Who is Ohtani’s girlfriend? That is unclear at the moment. He was previously linked to a Hawaiian woman Kamalani Dung. That said, the pair’s interaction occurred years ago and in the time since Ohtani has kept his cards close to the chest.

Dung boasts a prolific social media presence:

That said, she has nothing about Ohtani anywhere on her page.

As such, it seems fair to conclude that there is nothing going on between them at the moment.

So who is Ohtani’s girlfriend now? That is the million dollar question.

Either way, Ohtani’s focus at the moment seems to be on rehabbing from the injury he sustained last season and then choosing a new team.

Much as has been the theme throughout much of his MLB career, his professional life seems to take priority over his personal life.

Will Ohtani either reveal who his current girlfriend is, or find a new one, after he inks his next big MLB contract? Time will tell.
