Russell Wilson Reacts To Ciara’s Provocative Photos

Russell Wilson has had a very eventful offseason. As far as football-related happenings go, he was involved in a massive trade that saw him go from the Seattle Seahawks to the Denver Broncos.

The move, obviously, has the potential to completely alter the state of the NFL next season.

Off the field, Wilson has been the subject of many headlines as well. Namely as it pertains to his wife: internationally-renowned singer, Ciara.

This week, it was more of the same.

Ciara, who obviously has a massive following, was introduced on Sunday as one of the cover stars of Sports Illustrated’s 2022 Swimsuit issue. The photos largely speak for themselves:

Wilson, understandably, had a very strong reaction to his blushing bride being featured in the iconic magazine edition.

“That’s what my wife does,” Wilson told SI. “She inspires people because she connects with them. She tilts rooms when she walks into them; it really seems like all the furniture just slides her way. Maybe it’s an interaction with a fan, where she’ll suggest they take a selfie together before the fan can even ask.

“Or it might be a far more serious situation. I remember our first visit to Seattle Children’s Hospital, when a mother of a boy who was ill held on to her for a good five minutes without letting go. That’s the kind of woman Ciara is — a ray of light.”

Big picture, Wilson and Ciara have had quite the few months. Their marriage has faced intense scrutiny from certain parties, prompting a pretty strong reaction from Wilson’s old Seahawks teammate, D.K. Metcalf.

Beyond that, the pair also landed in the headlines for scurrying away from Ciara’s ex Future at a party and chatting about the weirdest place they have ever gotten intimate

So again – it has been a crazy few months. And Ciara posing for Sports Illustrated in the midst of it all has just been the cherry on top.

What will this dynamic duo ultimately go viral for next? Time will tell.
