Riley Curry’s Reaction To Boy’s Marriage Proposal At Warriors Parade

Stephen Curry put the Golden State Warriors on his shoulders this season and guided them to the franchise’s fourth championship in eight years.

In the process, Steph also claimed his first ever career NBA Finals MVP.

To the victor go the spoils, and one of the spoils that the Curry family got to experience this past week was the Warriors’ championship parade. It took place on Monday, and a large segment of the Bay Area came out to show support.

One particular incident from the parade, featuring Steph’s 9-year-old daughter Riley, immediately went viral:

Riley is no stranger to the limelight. She has been a big time internet celeb for many years and recently shocked a lot of folks when they realized how grown-up she looked now.

It’s easy to see why so many fans have an attachment to her given that they have essentially watched her grow up.

Big picture, this has been a tremendous week for the entire Curry clan. They have been in the headlines nonstop.

Between Ayesha’s provocative dancing with Steph’s MVP Finals trophy and Seth’s memorable tweet regarding his brother – it has been one thing after another.

Obviously it hasn’t only been high notes. There was also that ugly situation involving Skip Bayless’ racial comments about Steph that put something of a damper on the proceedings. But outside of that, it has mostly only been positive stuff.

Everyone who knows Steph seems to love him. That is why he inspires such loyalty from his teammates. Andre Iguodala’s first move after winning the title this year speaks for itself. You only do that for someone you really like.

And because of that, it’s great to see him win in such tremendous fashion.

How will he, Riley, Ayesha and the fam celebrate next?

Time will tell.
