The ongoing feud between Brittany Renner and P.J. Washington does not appear to be trending in the right direction.
Washington, a forward for the Charlotte Hornets, and Renner, a model who has been linked to James Harden, Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, Jamal Murray, Ben Simmons, Trey Songz, Chris Brown and Colin Kaepernick in the past, dated for more than a year.
The pair originally came together when Washington was 18 and attending the University of Kentucky and Renner was 27. Things moved forward quickly from there, with Washington turning pro, getting Renner pregnant, their child being born and them abruptly breaking up not long ago.
Since the breakup it has been suggested that Renner groomed and then used Washington for astronomical financial gains. The Hornets star appears to agree with these accusations.
Last week, in a bizarre turn of events, Renner seemed to openly mock Washington by claiming that it was “stepdaddy season.”

“Hey y’all, it’s officially stepdaddy season,” she said. “Yeah, what up, I got the car seat in the back! Let’s go to the park! Don’t let your baby mama or your baby daddy block your blessings.
“I know in theory it sounds good keeping the same person to have kids with but that’s insanity as well. So if it doesn’t work out with them, it’ll work out with someone else. And trust me, I know it’s ghetto. It is so ghetto being a baby mama and thinking about multiple baby daddies is scary but we’re gonna be alright. We’re moving forward, onward, upward.”
This prompted an apparent response from Washington on his Instagram stories:
On one hand, you feel bad for Washington. On the other, Renner has been very open with who she is and what she’s all about. He signed up for it willingly. And now he went and got himself a brand new Instagram model girlfriend. You can’t save people from themselves.
Renner has made some pretty serious allegations against Washington in the past. He has done the same in regards to her.
Clearly this relationship is still going to get much worse before it gets better.
