Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry recently worked out with his former teammate from Alabama, Damien Harris.
The pair had previously lined up together on Nick Saban’s squad, so them practicing together was not a shocking event by any stretch of the imagination.
What was fairly eye-opening, though, is what a unit Henry is now.

Henry, who checked in at 250 pounds last year, appears to have put on quite a bit of muscle in the offseason. Harris is 216 pounds and he looks like a kid compared to Henry.
Tennessee’s passing attack is going to be rough this year, but the running game should be in good hands.
