Andrew Luck’s health has been a popular conversation topic for NFL fans this summer.

Last year, when Luck was finally moderately healthy, the 29-year-old to a 10-6 record that was just a hair behind the Houston Texans’ 11-5 mark.

Andrew Luck

In the two years prior, when Luck was out with a lacerated kidney and torn labrum, respectively, the Colts did not fare as well.

Needless to say, the franchise desperately needs Luck to play – and it needs him to play at the level we have grown accustomed to see him playing at.

On Tuesday, the Colts announced that Luck was dealing with a calf strain that had morphed into a high-ankle issue. The team’s general manager, Chris Ballard, indicated that the injury would likely keep Luck out for the duration of the preseason.

Not a great start to the year for Indianapolis, obviously, but fear not.

There is a cure for Luck’s condition, apparently – warm urine.

According to Chad Johnson, soaking one’s injured ankle in warm urine is the key to career longevity in the NFL.

“Adam, i soaked my ankle in warm urine to heal all my lower extremity injuries, notice i was never injured my entire career. Please pass along my message, it’s a home remedy. https://t.co/qUoHPcqtdg
