Urban Meyer’s Wife Shelley Takes Drastic Measures Amid Scandal
Amid her husband’s recent scandal, Shelley Meyer is taking drastic measures.
This past weekend Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer was spotted in a bar getting grinded on by a random blonde.
Alternate angle footage of the incident showed him doing something with his hands that he should not have been doing.
After initially lashing out at her husband on social media, Shelley Meyer has decided to take a different approach this week.
Her most recent Twitter post speaks for itself:

“This will be my last post on Twitter,” she wrote. “Frankly, I don’t need the hate, vitriol, slander, trash that will @ me (this has never stopped anyway).”
But she didn’t stop there.
“We all make mistakes – we are all sinners. If you think you aren’t? Then cast the first stone.
“To all my wonderful followers/friends: THANK YOU. For your love, support, friendship, laughs – I will miss this the most. I love you ALL.”
Shelley’s statement sounded eerily similar to the one put out by daughter, Gigi, one day earlier.
Big picture, it seems like Urban Meyer’s family is rallying around him right now. Which is great on a personal level. But professionally, his career trajectory is in a bad place at the moment.

On Wednesday, Jaguars players openly mocked him at practice. That coupled with reports of how they also have completely tuned him out and ownership’s increasingly shrinking confidence in his ability to turn things around have painted a dreary image regarding Urban Meyer’s future in Jacksonville.
Can things still turn around? Sure. Anything is possible. But is that where the smart money is? Absolutely not.
