Brittany Mahomes’ outfit to a recent Kansas City Chiefs preseason game went viral this weekend.

The defending Super Bowl champs took the field on Saturday for a showdown against the Arizona Cardinals. When it was all said and done, they wound up emerging with a 38-10 victory.

Patrick Mahomes played briefly, recording 105 yards and a touchdown on 10-of-15 passing in limited action. From there, Shane Buechele, Blaine Gabbert and Chris Oladokun took over quarterbacking duties for him.

Patrick ultimately found himself trending after the game for one particularly nifty-looking incompletion.

But he wasn’t the only member of the Mahomes clan to cause a stir. Brittany also went viral over her outfit to the preseason game.

“Y’all couldn’t be any cuter…and those shorts!! Hot Mama,” one fan wrote.

“Looking good as always Brit,” another fan added.

“Brittany cute boots but looks like you are wearing ankle monitors,” a third person chimed in.

Brittany has obviously been in the headlines a lot in recent months. Between her wild boat party photos, controversial foot tattoo and intimate date night pictures with her beau, she has been a mainstay in the news cycle.

That being said, for all the hoopla constantly surrounding Brittany, it is impossible to overstate how big of a rock she is for Patrick. He loves her dearly.

Brittany often gets compared to Patrick’s younger brother, Jackson. But those parallels are off-base. As shown by a recent icy encounter between Patrick and Jackson, that relationship is nothing like the one the Chiefs star has with his wife.

The looming NFL season promises to be a fascinating one. With Patrick and Andy Reid at the helm of the franchise, Kansas City is always a threat to win it all. That said, the offseason wasn’t particularly kind to the Chiefs.

Frank Clark, Orlando Brown, Andrew Wylie, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Mecole Hardman are all gone. The front office did its best to replace them, but time will tell how successful of a patch job they did.

Kansas City’s draft was also nothing to write home about.

So essentially, as has been the case many times over the past few years, it all comes down to what Patrick can do with this group.

Is another Super Bowl in the Chiefs’ immediate future? Time will tell, but Brittany will undoubtedly be there cheering them on every week of the season.
