The Cincinnati Bengals came into Monday Night Football this week with one clear cut goal: get their season back on track.
Although Joe Burrow and Co. were winless through two games, the belief was that it was because of the competition they faced. They almost beat the Kansas City Chiefs, after all.
Unfortunately, it was more of the same against Washington on Monday. Cincinnati kept it close – but in the end the Commanders pulled out the victory.

Big picture, Cincinnati is in trouble right now. The team is in disarray both on and off the field.
All the swagger and talent that Burrow seemed to have early in his career seems to have dissipated.
