Oklahoma City guard Josh Giddey found himself trending on Thanksgiving Day morning for something of an unfortunate reason.
Late Wednesday night, reports surfaced that Giddey had been messing with a 16-year-old.
While nothing was officially confirmed in any capacity, the allegations made against him were brutal.
And the visual “evidence” presented was pretty damning:

In a kooky sports week that has already seen Sam Ponder get called out for wearing an inappropriate outfit to her ESPN show, Trevor Lawrence’s wife put his name on her crotch and Patrick Mahomes’ dad get frisky with some random blonde, it is telling that this Giddey story has captured the headlines.
But that is exactly what has happened.

Giddey is currently averaging 12.3 points per game for an OKC squad that is one of the NBA’s most exciting teams.
Unfortunately, it looks like Giddey may have to take a very extended break from playing for the Thunder if these allegations end up being true.
