Damian Lillard’s notable discontent with the Portland Trail Blazers is the league’s worst kept secret at this point.
Even though the Chauncey Billups hiring was obviously the most prominent thing to damage the relationship between Lillard and the organization, his frustrations had been building for a while over other things as well.
Thus far Lillard has been linked to four teams regarding a possible trade.
Most recently, Lillard has been mentioned in a blockbuster trade that would radically reshape the Eastern Conference title picture. In what seems to be a response, he posted this to Instagram:

Lillard’s recent comments about the Blazers’ failed free agency have only fueled speculation that he is on the outs with the front office.
Will he ultimately get traded at some point over the next year? Time will tell.
