NBA Returning To Action Soon?
Is the NBA returning to action soon? That is what some people are speculating.
Recently, Sam Amick of The Athletic looked into how realistic it was that basketball would return as the country began easing coronavirus-related restrictions.
As it turns out – pretty realistic.
“In the interest of full transparency, I didn’t poll every owner, player or agent out there,” he wrote.
“Not even close. But in making the rounds with some of the more prominent people in those communities, I quickly found it apparent that there’s a shared goal of finding a way of finishing this campaign and a widespread sense that it’s still feasible. Somehow. Some way.”
If the NBA does return in the foreseeable future, it will likely be in a quarantine-like situation where all participating parties have to be holed up in one Las Vegas casino.
