Dennis Schroder’s Controversial Message Ahead Of Lakers vs Suns Game 6
Los Angeles Lakers point guard Dennis Schroder knows how to make a statement.
Ahead of Thursday’s Game 6 showdown between the Lakers and Phoenix Suns, Schroder sent social media into a frenzy with one small adjustment.
That adjustment?
The photo speaks for itself:
He took all reference to being a point guard for the Lakers out of his profile.
Naturally, fans had some reactions to the move:
Who cares. I couldn’t fucking care less if he comes back or not idk wtf lakers were doing allowing this man to walk through the door guaranteeing a starting spot on a team that just won the chip knowing damn well he’s best as a 6man

This dude is literally telling you with this tweet that he believes the lakers will lose this game and thatll be the end of his career with them. you imagine having that small and selfish a mindset in the day of an elimination playoff game? good luck to the team that signs him

Shows how much faith he has. That’s a little boy mentality smh

None of this should come as a surprise. Schroder has been very open about the Lakers’ lack of cohesiveness and has been very blunt about what the future holds.
That coupled with Schroder knowing that one team has very serious interest in signing him might be what pushed him over the edge.

Is he definitely done in LA? It’s impossible to say for certain.
Does it look that way for now, though? Absolutely.
