Thunder’s Chet Holmgren Deletes Josh Giddey Tweets Amid Scandal

Oklahoma City Thunder big man Chet Holmgren appears to be deleting his old Josh Giddey amid the scandal that erupted on Thanksgiving Day.

Early Thursday morning, reports surfaced that Giddey was allegedly involved with a girl who was a minor. Troubling videos and photos emerged shortly thereafter.

Although Giddey himself has not confirmed anything, certain signs are definitely pointing towards a troubling situation exploding.

The first big sign? Holmgren randomly opting to delete his old tweets featuring Giddey:

Understandably, fans quickly caught wind of what was occurring.

They immediately took to social media to respond:

In a 24-hour span that saw Brittany Mahomes set the internet ablaze with her wild workout photos, a prominent sports broadcaster force a kiss on an suspecting woman and the details around Dave Portnoy’s abrupt breakup emerge, it is hard to keep track of everything.

That said, this Giddey situation isn’t going away.

Obviously this is still a developing story. Anything could happen.

That said, things don’t look good for Giddey.

Will Holmgren offer a public comment on Giddey at some point in the near future? Time will tell.
