Montrezl Harrell’s Cryptic Social Media Post Goes Viral
Montrezl Harrell’s social media activity has been a hot topic of conversation all week.
It started with his veiled shot at his former team, the Los Angeles Clippers.
From there fans began to dissect whether he was sending subliminals at his current squad, the Los Angeles Lakers.
And then things took a new turn on Thursday when, prior to the Lakers’ Game 3 showdown against the Phoenix Suns, Harrell posted something of a cryptic message.
Fans reacted immediately:
Guess he ain’t listening to Jason Kidd pic.twitter.com/2B3Mw1vCcx

He can publicly try to start drama all he wants but its not going to impact championship vets like Bron, Gasol, KCP, AD, Keef, Kuz, AC.
His number will be called before he knows it, he should relax.

Harrell did not play in the Lakers’ 109-95 victory over the Suns on Thursday.
Last year Harrell averaged 18.6 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game on 58 percent shooting, winning Sixth Man of the Year honors in the process. This season his output took a dip – with his numbers dropping to 13.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and .7 blocks per game.

As a result, he has largely fallen out of the Lakers’ rotation and his minutes have gone to Andre Drummond and Marc Gasol.
Are these social media posts Harrell’s way of expressing his displeasure? Some people definitely seem to think so.
Will it make a difference? Probably not.
