Malika Andrews’ Warriors Take Stirs Up Controversy (Video)
Malika Andrews is one of the most highly-respected sports broadcasters in the game today.
With the NBA season commencing this week, Andrews recently hosted a show where they offered their predictions for 2022-23.
Richard Jefferson presented what, on its face, seemed like an uncontroversial take.
Andrews, for whatever reason, had a strong reaction to it.

“I’m taking the Warriors over the field,” Jefferson said. “I think they’re the best team.”
“Even though Giannis is in the field?” Andrews quizzed. “Even though Kevin Durant is in the field?”
“Have you seen Steph Curry?” Jefferson shot back.
“I’m just being clear,” Andrews responded.

This isn’t the first time Andrews has generated headlines in this fashion. Between her polarizing take on the New York Knicks and high-profile alleged relationship with an ESPN employee, it feels like she is a mainstay in the news cycle these days.
And that doesn’t even account for the time Klay Thompson tried to get her attention or Jordan Poole attempted to openly flirt with her.

Time will tell how the Warriors fare in 2022-23, but clearly Andrews has already landed on the wrong side of the fan base.
Will the defending champs ultimately be able to prove her wrong?
