LeBron James’ Pregame Outfit Goes Viral Before Game 6
LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers will square off against the Miami Heat on Sunday evening for Game 6 of the NBA Finals.
Observing James’ pregame outfits has become something of a ritual for many fans. They are often an indication into his mindset going into that particular outing. Sometimes they’re really zany, other times they aim to send a particular message.
On Sunday, the message with his wardrobe was clear: he’s all business. And the shoes, well, the shoes speak for themselves.
There were no slogans, no colors, no crazy stuff – James’ mind is simply focused on the task ahead.
Fans took notice immediately.

The big question heading into this outing is going to be whether James has anything left in the tank after a tremendous Game 5. He finished with 40 points, 13 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals, including 12 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists in the fourth quarter.
The 35-year-old went mano y mano with Heat star Jimmy Butler all night long, ultimately coming up just a little bit short in the one place where it mattered most — the final score.
“We were both just trying to do that and trying to will our team to a victory,” James said after the game.
“You know, he was able to make one more play than I was able to make tonight and come away with a victory.”

The Lakers will need another huge effort out of him to keep Miami from evening up the series at 3-3, but he knows the stakes.
“At the end of the day, you don’t predetermine anything, and you take the game as it’s going, and you play,” James said.
“You play each quarter, you play each possession, and you live with the results. You don’t think about what could happen at the end of the game and things of that nature. You don’t get caught up in the aftermath.
What a disaster. https://t.co/eTkZgzDawj

“You have to live in the moment and prepare yourself each and every possession because if you start to wander and your mind starts to go, you make a mistake. One thing about this team that we are playing, they make you pay for every mistake. It’s the same as when I was playing against Golden State all those years: You make a mistake, they make you pay. So we have to understand that.”
Game 6 of the 2020 NBA Finals will tip off at 4:30 pm PT on ABC.
