Hassan Whiteside, Stephen Curry Presidential Debate Tweets Go Viral
Portland Trail Blazers center Hassan Whiteside and Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry both reacted to Tuesday night’s Presidential debate on Twitter.
Each of their tweets went viral.
That said, the core of their messages were very, very different.
Whiteside, apparently fed up with what he was witnessing during the contentious proceedings, seemingly tweeted out an interesting proclamation.
“I can’t do this four more years **** America bro I’m moving to Hawaii,” the tweet read.

When people began to mock him for not understanding basic geography, Whiteside fired back.

Curry’s tweet struck a different note. He took issue with President Donald Trump’s comments regarding white supremacy and the Proud Boys.
When asked by moderator Chris Wallace whether he would condemn those groups, President Trump offered an interesting response.

“I’m willing to do that, but I would say almost everything I see is from the left wing, not from the right wing,” he insisted.
When called on again to reject white supremacy and the Proud Boys, President Trump offered his own version of a condemnation.
”Proud Boys – stand back and stand by,” he said.
“But I’ll tell you what, somebody’s got to do something about antifa and the left.”
Curry took issue with that comment.

The first Presidential debate between President Trump and Vice President Joe Biden caused quite a stir on social media, so Whiteside and Curry likely aren’t the last players who will ultimately comment on this topic.
