Austin Reaves’ Girlfriend Causes A Stir After Lakers Beat Grizzlies
Austin Reaves stole the show on Sunday as the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series.
Not only did Reaves score 23 crucial points on 8-of-13 shooting, but he did so when it mattered most. Of that total, 14 points came in the fourth quarter.
Obviously the 24-year-old has been blossoming into a full-blown star all year, but this was him doing it on the biggest stage of all.
One person who definitely loved what she saw out of Reaves? His girlfriend, Jenna Barber.
It didn’t take long for her Facebook posts to cause a stir online.
Reaves has had an incredible season up to this point. So much so, in fact, that his future with the Lakers is in doubt. Restricted free agency looms after this year, and it’s unclear whether L.A. has the means or desire to pay him the massive payday he will inevitably be due.
That said, Reaves’ star power is perfect for Los Angeles. Between his ways of impressing pretty girls sitting courtside, unique handshakes with his teammates and fire new signature shoes, the man’s swagger is off the charts.
And he has the game to back it up on the court, as Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard confirmed after Sunday’s big Lakers win.
My bad … Reaves like that 🙏🏽

All in all, it will be interesting to see where Reaves and the Lakers go from here. They did what they needed to do in Game 1 – they stole homecourt from the Grizzlies.
Now they just need to hold onto it.
Yet another reason to light the beam. https://t.co/tqPwdkhBDK

Can Reaves repeat his stellar opening game performance throughout the rest of this series and beyond?
Time will tell. But either way, Reaves’ girlfriend will inevitably be there cheering him on every step of the way.
