Kwame Brown Calls Out Bronny For Being ‘Horrendous’ Player
Bronny James was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers with their second-round draft pick.
As the son of LeBron James, understandably, he came with a lot of hype.
Unfortunately, Bronny hasn’t been able to deliver so far in the preseason. Against the Denver Nuggets his highlights speak for themselves.
One game later, versus the Phoenix Suns, Bronny recorded no points, assists, steals or blocks. He did, however, finish with two rebounds, three fouls and four turnovers.
In the aftermath, former Lakers center Kwame Brown called out Bronny for being a terrible basketball player.

“It was horrendous,” Brown said of Bronny’s efforts against the Phoenix Suns.
“I just don’t understand. He has a father who is arguably one of the best players to play the game. But it shows he just got by on his athleticism because his son doesn’t know the basic principles.”
While Brown’s assessment of Bronny’s poor play isn’t incorrect, he probably isn’t the best messenger.
After all, Brown is regarded by many as the biggest bust in NBA history.
Will Bronny ever improve as a player and prove his haters, like Brown, wrong? Time will tell.
